Two English Ceramic Talents

Found these two ceramicists both of whom I admire because of their wonderful, yet traditional forms and super use of color. Neither seems to have representation in the US. Too bad.




I'm drawn to Julian Belmonte's work because of his simplicity of line and yes, the orange.





Jane Cox's work has been written about in almost every important British publication. I'm quite taken by both her intense azure blue and her comfy shapes.
